1st shopping list

I finally got to go to Trader Joe's after work. There was already a long line forming. Waiting for anything sucks and especially a grocery store but I guess living in NYC you get used to waiting for everything. Luckily it moved steadily. The place is small for the traffic. Shopping carts and people crashing down the aisle like bumpers cars in both directions. The line to the register snaked around the perimeter of the store and up and down the aisles. I figured I get on line and grab stuff off the shelf as it wound it's way towards the register but it was moving a little too fast. Found some interesting things to try. Today's laundry day so I stayed in and made the Chicken Mussamum, edamame, Virgil's root beer and Thai lime & chili peanuts. Very tasty. I think I'll continue to trade waiting a little on line for tasty food.

Wow that's a lot of food for one person. I am assuming this stuff keeps for a while? Or are you making us a TJ feast tonight

It's just to say hi! I was searching in the profiles if someone liked John Barry Orchestra like me. And you were the only person in hundreds who did. For that reason I'm reading your blog. I'll "visit" you more times.

^-^have a good life
