My Mom is A-OK!

Just got an email from my elder care lawyer. Medicaid approved my Mom. She got the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. We don't have to sell the house. At least in order for her to receive aid. What a relief. Now Medicaid will pay for her living expenses which is so incredible because it's an obscene amount of money a month. Now we just have to transfer the deed to the house to me and my brothers and get property liability and fire insurance under our names. Hey, I'm a homeowner. Almost. We have 90 days to get this done. I hope my brothers don't drag their F'ing feet.
