Came back from a much needed relaxing trip in Daytona Beach, FL. My sister and her husband Ron were going down to visit her mother-in-law and since it was on the same weekend as her birthday, asked me if I wanted to go. Flights were cheap and I needed a break. It was so great. My motel was on the beach and I spent much of my mornings and late afternoon sitting on a beach chair in the warm surf working on an even tan. It was so nice not to think about anything except lunch and dinner. Which actually, is what I do up here. But it was great doing it on a beach. Thanks to Betty for her generous hospitality.
