Time Lapse: The MetLife Tower

I shot this time lapse movie from the Flatiron Building, between Noon to just after Midnight. I like that you can see the hands of the clock moving rapidly through time.
Here's a site that has some cool vintage postcards and souvenirs of the building.

Across the street from Madison Square Park and the tasty but long-lined Shake Shack, the MetLife Tower's, (full name, The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower ), architects were inspired by the Campanile di San Marco in Venice, Italy. The look was based on the place below with all the Piazza di Pigeons. Hmmm, homage or ripoff.
