The flatiron building has been undergoing major renovation for the past year. New office spaces, new electrical, new bathrooms, and new windows. When I was coming to work this morning, I saw that they were putting up some tarp around the front scaffolding. I thought they were finally replacing the custom sized windows at the point. But no. They were installing a GINORMOUS H&M ad covering the entire length of the building along the prow. What the FRIG! It's like a giant H&M condom.
Bullcrap obnoxious large scale commercialism on a landmark building. I can't believe the building owners allowed this to happen. BAH!

There are some people who work in the building that are unaware that they put up a huge sign. They walk up from the "L" train on 14th so they never see the view from above 23rd Street.
