as most of you know, our building is being sold. There are rumors that it is being converted to condos. Leases will not be renewed. Tenants will be able to pay their currents rents on a month to month basis but it is not clear for how long.

This is the first I'm hearing this. Shit! What does this mean. I don't want to move out. I really like my place and the rent is below market rate for this area. But maybe I'll be able to buy my place. But whatever, I'm in a slight panic and I'm trying to figure out how much of a hassle it'll be to pack and move all my belongings. I've already started throwing out junk to prepare.

Oh well, I'm just gonna sit on my couch and eat my breakfast, take a shower and enjoy this beautiful day.
