T-MOBILE SUXS! kinda.
My cell phone bill came in and it's $365.00!! I guess now that it's my only phone and it was over the holidays my usage really shot up. I had a 300 minute plan and used 1,345 minutes and 90 text messages. What suxs is that T-Mobile has a $39.99 plan that includes 1500 mins. So I called T-Mobile to see if I can switch to that plan, upgrade to a new Motorola Razor phone and get those charges knocked off retroactively. My customer service rep Ashley, who I gathered based on her Southern accent wasn't calling me from some outsourced land faraway, was confident that It could all work out for me. Being a loyal and timely paying customer since way back 2000. But she told me that the billing cycle ended in Jan 18 and that there was nothing for her to do. It was already closed, but I could dispute it after I first pay it off. I'm so pissed. That month's bill is equal to 6 months on the new rate plan. SHit. At least I have a new plan and a new phone. I'll fight this next month. I gotta remember to dial #646# to check on the status of my minute total.
