{ Erin and her magenta paintings }
After a year of interning in the art department, it was finally Erin's last day at SMP. It was also the last day of her end of the year show at Cooper Union. Before checking out the exhibits, Jenny, Erin and I had lunch at East Village Sea Thai. Karen called. She just got her hair cut and wanted to meet us for lunch. We were almost finished so I ordered Pad Thai for her. It came with a side of Spring Rolls. Jenny & I were staring at our empty plates and Karen still hadn't shown up. Her food on the table untouched and getting cold. Jen & I decided to touch one of the rolls. Now we had to eat it. yum. Karen showed up and her new cut was very cute. We walked to Cooper in the pouring rain. I saw some inspiring pieces but I was overloading on art. Great work Erin.
