Today Nina turns 26.
26 is another big turning point in person's life. Because by this time, they should have clearer ideas of what they're doing with their lives. Or at least what they don't want to do with it. They've been out of college for a while, not a kid anymore and hopefully working in their career for a couple of years. Partying and getting drunk loses some of it's charm and they start to think that they're wasting time and need to get serious. They start to panic and want to make drastic changes with their life, job, relationships or home. Any change will do. They realize that they're closer to their 30s than they are to their 20s. Time for big changes. Time to suck it up. Ah, forget about it.
I was hoping Nina could come in and fill in for Keith while he's on his honeymoon. But she can't come in till Wednesday. Too bad. I wanted to throw her a little surprise birthday party and get some pie for her. Nina loves pie. Speaking of which. Rob's Mom baked us an apple pie. Thanks Mrs. G. It was delicious.
