My Birfday

I'm having my 40th birthday party today. 4! 0! wow. I've been having so much fun, where did the time go. I still feel forever 29. I'm celebrating it a day early. Finding a space in NYC on a saturday night is way too difficult and it gets too crowded. The only place I really wanted to have it was on this small rooftop bar of the La Quinta Inn in Koreatown. Cheap drinks, outdoors and it has the most incredible view of the Empire State Building looming overhead. But somebody had already booked their birthday party up there for saturday. On MY day. I hope it doesn't thunder storm. It's says Isolated thunderstorms. What does that mean? That would suck. I invited 150 people and 50 have confirmed. This roof better be strong or else ROOF CAVE IN DURING BIRTHDAY PARTY. ONLY THE BIRTHDAY BOY SURVIVES will be the headline on tomorrow's NY Post.
